Purchase any 17" - 36" griddle that is ON SALE at Blackstoneproducts.com between the dates of November 1st, 2022 and November 25, 2022 and if that same product is listed at a lower price on Blackstoneproducts.com at anytime from the date of purchase until 11:59pm MST on Friday, November 25, 2022, you will be eligible for a refund equal to the difference between your purchase price and the lowest marked price.
What products are eligible for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?
All 17" - 36" Griddles purchased on Blackstoneproducts.com between the dates of November 1st, 2022 and November 25, 2022 are eligible for inclusion in the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee.
Does this apply to griddles purchased at other retailers (Online or In-Store)?
No. Only products purchased on Blackstoneproducts.com are eligible.
If other retailers (Online or In-Store), offer the same griddle purchased at Blackstoneproducts.com at a lower price, can I receive a refund for the price difference in accordance with the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?
No. Only products and prices listed on Blackstoneproducts.com can be used as reference for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee.
How do I receive my eligible refund?
In order to receive the refund, you must contact Blackstone Products Customer Service by calling 435-252-3030 ext. 1 or by sending an email to support@blackstoneproducts.com. Please include Black Friday Price Match in your subject line. In order to be eligible, you must call or email before 11:59 pm MST on December 19, 2022.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed no later than January 31, 2023 if purchased using a Debit Card or Credit Card. If you financed your purchase through a Affirm Financing the refund may take longer, depending on your financing agreement.
How will my refund be received?
Credit and debit card purchases will be reimbursed on the card used at time of purchase. If you financed your purchase through Affirm Financing refunds will be credited to the outstanding balance.
