GREAT GRIDDLE OFF 2026 OFFICIAL RULES (“Official Rules”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- Eligibility: The Great Griddle Off 2026 (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, who have an email address, Internet connection, and a mobile device which allows them to enter the Contest. Employees of North Atlantic Imports, LLC dba Weber Blackstone, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
- Sponsor and Administrator: North Atlantic Imports, LLC dba Weber Blackstone, 549 South Highway 165, Providence, UT 84332. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Facebook, nor is Instagram or Facebook associated with the Contest in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Weber Blackstone, and not to Instagram or Facebook. Entrant fully releases Instagram and Facebook from any claim arising out of entrant’s participation in the Contest.
- Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Weber Blackstone, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Whether an entrant's entry is selected as a winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- Timing: The Contest begins on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time ("MDT"), and ends on Sunday August 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM MDT (the "Contest Period"); Weber Blackstone’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
- How to Enter: During the Contest Period, submit an original recipe using Blackstone's entry form located at https://form.asana.com/?k=fMyZZtf7Mi2V_werYrKb6w&d=504873143661806. Entrants may also share their recipe on social media using the hashtag #GreatGriddleOff26. Sharing on social media is optional. Entrants will receive one (1) additional vote for each qualifying social media post, up to a maximum of three (3) additional votes. The majority of the recipe must be prepared using a griddle top. Limit one (1) recipe submission per category per person.
- Selection of Winners: The Contest will be administered by Weber Blackstone. From among all eligible Submissions received, Weber Blackstone will select twelve (12) finalist recipes, consisting of three (3) recipes from each category, in its sole discretion. The Sponsor's decisions regarding finalist selection are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The twelve (12) finalist recipes will be presented for public voting to determine one (1) category winner from each category. Following the conclusion of category voting, the three (3) category winners will be presented for a final public vote to determine one (1) Grand Prize winner. The category winners are expected to be determined on or about Tuesday, August 25, 2026; Wednesday, August 26, 2026; and Thursday, August 27, 2026. The Grand Prize winner is expected to be determined on or about Friday, August 28, 2026. Potential winners will be notified by email or direct message on or about Friday, August 28, 2026. Odds of being selected as a finalist depend on the number of eligible Submissions received and the quality of each eligible Submission as determined by the Sponsor. The outcome of the public voting will determine the category winners and the Grand Prize winner.
- Winner Requirements: The potential winners will be required to respond to Blackstone's notification with his/her intent to accept the Prize and provide their preferred email address, phone number, and street address within three (3) days from the date the initial notification is sent. The potential winner will also be required to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility / Liability Release and Form W-9 (collectively, the "Forms"), where permitted, to Weber Blackstone within five (5) days from the date initial notification is sent. Failure to respond to the initial notification within the specified time frame, failure to return the completed Forms within the specified timeframe, noncompliance with these Official Rules or decline of the prize for any reason will result in disqualification and forfeiture of such prize. Any potential winner agrees by submitting their Entry to accept the prize for their personal use, and they will not attempt to sell, or transfer for profit any part of the prize package. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason in the sole discretion of Weber Blackstone, an alternate potential winner will be selected.
- Prize: The potential grand prize winner shall receive one (1) Blackstone Open Flame Grill (6061) (ARV: $494). Total ARV of the Prize: $494. The potential second place winner shall receive one (1) Adventure Ready 22” Griddle with Flexfold Legs (2461) (ARV: $294), and one (1) 5 Piece Professional Griddle Toolkit (5230) (ARV: $25.99) (together as the “Prize”). Total ARV of the Prize: $319.99. The potential third place winner shall receive one (1) 20x14” Camping Griddle (2246) (ARV $169), and one (1) Adventure Ready 5 Piece Griddle Camping Kit (5762) (ARV $24.99) (together as the “Prize”). Total ARV of the Prize: $193.99. Prizes are subject to availability. Weber Blackstone reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for prizes of equal or greater value if the designated prizes should become unavailable for any reason.
- Publicity: Acceptance of a Prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Weber Blackstone may use the winner's name, address (city, state), likeness, Entry, and/or Prize information for contextual purposes in perpetuity, worldwide, including the internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s waiver of any right or interest in the Entry or publicity materials resulting from the Contest, and the winner irrevocably transfers any right, title or interest in such publicity materials to Weber Blackstone for its unlimited use in any medium.
- Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Blackstone's Privacy Policy located at blackstoneproducts.com.

General Conditions:
- Weber Blackstone, in its sole discretion, may terminate the Contest at any time during the Contest Period, but prior to the selection of the winners. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Weber Blackstone that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Weber Blackstone reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. In such event, Weber Blackstone reserves the right to select finalists and winners from among all eligible Submissions received prior to the cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, in accordance with the judging criteria and procedures set forth in these Official Rules. If public voting cannot be completed as planned, Weber Blackstone reserves the right to determine the winners in its sole discretion.
- Weber Blackstone reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Weber Blackstone reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- If for any reason an entrant's Submission is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, destroyed, or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is to submit another eligible Submission, if the Contest Period remains open. If additional Submissions cannot be accepted, Weber Blackstone reserves the right to evaluate the remaining eligible Submissions received prior to the interruption and select finalists and winners in accordance with these Official Rules. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
- By entering the Contest, entrants acknowledge that they may be subject to Weber Blackstone’s background check procedures. Weber Blackstone reserves the right to revoke a potential winner’s status or a winner’s status if at any point it determines in its sole discretion that the winner or potential winner has failed Weber Blackstone’s background check protocols, in which case Weber Blackstone may, at its discretion, choose an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible Submissions.
- Weber Blackstone's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Winner is solely liable for any federal, state or local tax obligations associated with acceptance of the Prize. Weber Blackstone encourages the respective winner to seek advice from their tax preparer to ensure the winner does not owe any additional amounts. Weber Blackstone shall be responsible for any of its tax obligations associated with providing the Prize.
- Release and Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Weber Blackstone and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of a prize, including, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Weber Blackstone assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Submissions. Weber Blackstone is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Contest. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty.
- Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively Federal District Court for the District of Utah or any court of competent jurisdiction of the State of Utah located in Cache County, Utah, and the parties hereto irrevocably submit in any such suit, action or proceeding to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any and all objection to such jurisdiction that they may have under the laws of the State of Utah or the United States and any right to challenge the convenience of Utah as an appropriate form; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Weber Blackstone in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Utah or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Utah.
- Contest Results: For name of the Contest winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to "Great Griddle Off 2026 Contest," c/o Blackstone Products: 549 South Highway 165, Providence, UT 84332. Requests must be received by October 9, 2026.
