Eligibility: The Blackstone x Kodiak Cakes Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, who have an email address, Internet connection, and a mobile device which allows them to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of North Atlantic Imports, LLC dba Weber Blackstone, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Facebook, nor is Instagram or Facebook associated with the Sweepstakes in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Weber Blackstone, and not to Instagram or Facebook.  Entrant fully releases Instagram and Facebook from any claim arising out of entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Weber Blackstone, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Whether an entrant's entry is selected as a winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time ("MST"), and ends on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM MST (the "Sweepstakes Period"); Weber Blackstone’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, (1) follow @blackstoneproducts and @kodiakcakes on Instagram or Facebook (the “Website”); and (2) like Blackstone’s post pertaining to the Sweepstakes (the “Post”); (3) tag three friends in the comments to the Post using the “Comment” function on the Website, replying to Blackstone, and (4) comment your go-to pancake toppings. An entrant may also share the post in their stories, which is optional and does not result in an additional Entry.
Selection of Winner: The Sweepstakes will be administered, and one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected by Weber Blackstone from among all eligible Submissions received. Odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of eligible Submissions received. The selection of each potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The winner shall be selected on or about Tuesday, April 14, 2026 and notified via email or DM on or around Monday, April 20, 2026
Winner Requirements: The potential winners will be required to respond to Blackstone's notification with his/her intent to accept the Prize and provide their preferred email address, phone number, and street address within three (3) days from the date the initial notification is sent. The potential winner will also be required to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility / Liability Release and Form W-9 (collectively, the "Forms"), where permitted, to Weber Blackstone within five (5) days from the date initial notification is sent. Failure to respond to the initial notification within the specified time frame, failure to return the completed Forms within the specified timeframe, noncompliance with these Official Rules or decline of the prize for any reason will result in disqualification and forfeiture of such prize. Any potential winner agrees by submitting their Entry to accept the prize for their personal use, and they will not attempt to sell, or transfer for profit any part of the prize package. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason in the sole discretion of Weber Blackstone, an alternate potential winner will be selected
Prize: The potential winner shall receive one (1) National Griddle Week 28” Griddle Bundle (2525) (ARV: $439.99) from Blackstone Products and two (2) Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mixes (ARV: $12.90), two (2) Chocolate Chip Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mixes (ARV: $12.90), and two (2) Blueberry Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mixes (ARV: $12.90), from Kodiak Cakes (together as the “Prize”). Total ARV of the Prize: $478.69. Prize is subject to availability. Weber Blackstone reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Publicity: Acceptance of a Prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Weber Blackstone may use the winner's name, address (city, state), likeness, Entry, and/or Prize information for contextual purposes in perpetuity, worldwide, including the internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s waiver of any right or interest in the Entry or publicity materials resulting from the Sweepstakes, and the winner irrevocably transfers any right, title or interest in such publicity materials to Weber Blackstone for its unlimited use in any medium.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Blackstone's Privacy Policy located at blackstoneproducts.com.
General Conditions: 
a. Weber Blackstone, in its sole discretion, may terminate the Sweepstakes at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, but prior to the selection of winner. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Weber Blackstone which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Weber Blackstone reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Weber Blackstone may, in its sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible Submissions received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification.
b. Weber Blackstone reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Weber Blackstone reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
c. If for any reason an entrant's Submission is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another Sweepstakes Submission; provided that if it is not possible to award another Submission for any reason, Weber Blackstone, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible Submissions received up to the date of discontinuance for the prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prize as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Weber Blackstone reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
d. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they may be subject to Weber Blackstone’s background check procedures. Weber Blackstone reserves the right to revoke a potential winner’s status or a winner’s status if at any point it determines in its sole discretion that the winner or potential winner has failed Weber Blackstone’s background check protocols, in which case Weber Blackstone may, at its discretion, choose an alternate potential winner from among the remaining applicable entries for such date’s drawing. 
e. Weber Blackstone's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
f. Winner is solely liable for any federal, state or local tax obligations associated with acceptance of the Prize. Weber Blackstone encourages the respective winner to seek advice from their tax preparer to ensure the winner does not owe any additional amounts. Weber Blackstone shall be responsible for any of its tax obligations associated with providing the Prize.
Release and Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Weber Blackstone and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a prize, including, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Weber Blackstone assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Submissions. Weber Blackstone is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. 
Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively Federal District Court for the District of Utah or any court of competent jurisdiction of the State of Utah located in Cache County, Utah, and the parties hereto irrevocably submit in any such suit, action or proceeding to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any and all objection to such jurisdiction that they may have under the laws of the State of Utah or the United States and any right to challenge the convenience of Utah as an appropriate form; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
