5-Minute No-Prep Stir Fry

Ingredients

• Pre-cooked chicken strips
• Pre-cut "Fajita Blend" peppers and onions
• Pre-cut broccoli
• Pre-sliced carrots
• Pre-cooked rice (leftover rice from Chinese takeout or Ben's Original Ready Rice works great)
• Sesame seeds
• Blackstone S.P.G. seasoning
• Avocado oil
• Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce

Directions

1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to high heat.
2. Spread avocado oil evenly across the griddle surface.
3. Add the broccoli first and steam it for one minute using water and the Adventure Ready Collapsible Basting Dome.
4. On the other side of the griddle, add the peppers and onions, drizzling with more oil if needed.
5. Uncover the broccoli, stir all the vegetables together, and season generously with Blackstone S.P.G. seasoning.
6. Add the shredded carrots to the vegetable mix.
7. Make room on the griddle to heat up the pre-cooked chicken strips.
8. Once heated, stir all the ingredients together and add a moderate amount of Bachan’s BBQ Sauce.
9. Top with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
