Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (you can substitute with your preferred binder)
-
4 tablespoons Blackstone Bootleg Burger Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, chopped
Directions
Start by preparing the pork tenderloins. Remove any excess fat and the silver skin.
Coat each tenderloin with 1 tablespoon of olive oil (or your chosen binder), making sure to distribute it evenly.
Dust both tenderloins evenly with the Blackstone Bootleg Burger seasoning. Cover them and allow them to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
When you're ready to cook, remove the marinated tenderloins from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat your Blackstone air fryer drawers to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, about five minutes before placing one tenderloin into each drawer.
Cook the pork for approximately 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the pork is done, remove it from the air fryer drawers and allow it to rest on a shallow dish or tray. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each tenderloin. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Drizzle the pork drippings and the melted butter mixture over the sliced pork, and garnish it with freshly chopped parsley.
