Warm chocolate chip cookies stuffed with gooey marshmallows and cooked in the Blackstone Air Fryer. Serve with hazelnut chocolate spread or caramel for an extra sweet finish.

25 mini marshmallows
2 tbsp butter, melted
Hazelnut chocolate spread, for serving, optional
Caramel drizzle, for serving, optional
Preheat your Blackstone Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Divide the cookie dough into 6 equal portions.
Flatten each portion into a disc and place 3–4 mini marshmallows in the centre. Fold the dough around the marshmallows and pinch to seal completely, forming a ball.
Roll each cookie dough ball in the melted butter until lightly coated.
Line the air fryer basket with greaseproof paper. Arrange the cookie dough balls in the basket, leaving plenty of space between them to spread.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the cookies to cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with hazelnut chocolate spread or caramel drizzle, if desired.
