Ingredients
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon prepared horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1.5 teaspoons Blackstone Essentials Blend Seasoning
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders
- 1-2 tablespoons Blackstone Essentials Blend Seasoning
Directions
- Start by making the sauce. It's best to make it a day ahead if possible. In a mixing bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Preheat the griddle to medium heat, aiming for around 375 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season one side of the chicken tenders with Blackstone Essentials Blend Seasoning.
- Apply oil to the preheated griddle and place the seasoned side of the chicken tenders down on the griddle. Now, with the unseasoned side facing up, season that side with the Blackstone Essentials Blend Seasoning.
- Flip the chicken after 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of around 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Once flipped, add a little of the Alabama White Sauce to each tender on each side and continue cooking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the chicken from the griddle and place it on a cutting board. Drizzle the chicken with the remaining sauce or dip it into the sauce.
