Ingredients

1 pack Aldi Wagyu burgers (2 patties)

2 brioche buns
-
2 slices Emmental cheese
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium–high heat and lightly oil the surface.
Place the patties on the griddle and let a crust form before turning. As they are thick, cook gently and allow enough time on each side.
Lightly toast the brioche buns on the griddle.
When the patties are nearly cooked to your liking (about 58–60°C internal temperature), top each with a slice of Emmental and allow it to melt.
Remove from the heat, place the patties in the toasted buns and serve immediately.
