Apple Pie Egg Rolls

  • 6  Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 1 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • 3/4  Cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of white sugar
  • 2  Tbsp of cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 Pack of egg roll wrappers
  • 4  Tbsp of butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Blackstone Sweet Maple Seasoning 
  • Caramel sauce for dipping and drizzle


  1. Preheat two zones on the  Blackstone Griddle  to high heat and two zones to medium heat. Heat canola oil in a skillet or clean grease trap liner to 350°F.
  2. Combined diced apples, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, lemon juice in a bowl to coat.
  3. In the medium heat zone, place butter and cook the apple mixture until tender.
  4. Remove apple mixture and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Place apple mixture in the middle of the egg roll wrapper and roll according to package instructions, making sure to wet the edges of wrapper with water to seal in the mixture.
  6. Add egg rolls to oil and fry until golden brown, then remove egg rolls and lay on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  7. Plate and post dust with powdered sugar,  Blackstone Sweet Maple Seasoning, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
