Ingredients
- 4 pieces of salmon
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (or rice wine vinegar as a substitute)
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Green onion tops, sliced
- Sesame seeds

1 gallon-sized resealable bag

Directions
Mix the marinade by placing all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
Add the salmon to a gallon-sized resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat a griddle on low heat while the salmon marinates.
Add oil to the preheated griddle and spread it evenly. Place the salmon flesh side down (presentation side) and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Flip the salmon and cook until done, approximately another 2-3 minutes depending on thickness.
Remove the salmon from the griddle and garnish with sliced green onion tops and sesame seeds, if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
