Asian-Style Beef Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 lb Sirloin Steak, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Minced Ginger
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 Packages Ramen Noodles
- ¼ Cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Shredded Carrot
- ¼ cup Green Onion, sliced
- ¼ cup Kimchi
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly and let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat a griddle over medium-high heat. Place the ramen noodles on the griddle and moisten them with water from a squirt bottle. Cover them with a basting dome to trap steam. Cook for 5-8 minutes, adding more water if needed to maintain steam.
While the noodles are cooking, heat the other side of the griddle to high heat. Cook the marinated steak for 3-4 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even cooking.
To serve, place a bed of steamed noodles in a bowl. Arrange the cooked steak in the center of the bowl. Surround the steak with sliced cucumber, shredded carrot, sliced green onions, and kimchi for an appealing presentation.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
