- 4 Tablespoons of Butter
- 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Sliced Banana
- 1/4 Cup of Brandy
- 3 Teaspoons of Crème de Banana
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Steps

Preheat the Blackstone griddle to Medium heat.

Put 4 Tbsp of butter on the griddle.

Add ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar and 1 Tbsp of Ground Cinnamon to the butter.

Mix the ingredients together, then add one sliced banana.

Add ¼ Cup Brandy and 3 Tbsp Crème de Banana.

Immediately use a lighter to ignite the alcohol. Allow mixture to burn for at least 10 seconds, then mix until the flames are gone.

Use a spatula to transfer the syrup-like banana mixture onto scoops of ice cream.

Sprinkle a light dusting of Cinnamon on top of everything and enjoy.
