Ingredients
- 1 lb large raw Argentine red shrimp
- 4 skewers
- Cooking oil

Blackstone's
Blackened Steak seasoning
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Cajun hot sauce
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red or green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- Two 8.8 oz packages of long grain rice (recommend Ben's Original Ready Rice)
- Parsley, diced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions
Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
Melt butter in a small cast iron bowl on the hot griddle top, and mix in minced garlic and Cajun hot sauce after it is melted.
Thread 4 or 5 shrimp on each skewer, in a C shape. Place the four skewers on a cookie sheet, drizzle with cooking oil, and season with Blackstone's Blackened Steak seasoning. Repeat on the other side of each skewer.
Drizzle cooking oil on the griddle top. Add the diced celery, bell peppers, and red onion. Dump the two packages of long-grain rice on the griddle, stir both separately as they heat.
Place the skewers on the lightly-oiled griddle top. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
When the veggies are cooked, mix them with the rice. Remove from the griddle, top with the shrimp skewers, top with diced parsley, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, and season with Blackstone's Cajun seasoning.
Dip shrimp in the garlic cajun butter sauce and enjoy!
