Ingredients
- 2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp

- Olive oil
- A splash of Blue Moon Light Sky
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 2 limes
- A splash of Blue Moon Light Sky
Cocktail Sauce
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cocktail sauce and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for later use.
In a separate bowl, place the shrimp and drizzle some olive oil over them. Season the shrimp evenly with Blackstone Lemon Peppercorn Seasoning.
Heat your Blackstone to medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until they are fully cooked and slightly crisp. To enhance the flavors, deglaze the shrimp by adding a splash of Blue Moon Light Sky once they are fully cooked.
For serving, put some of the cocktail sauce in a small serving bowl and arrange the cooked shrimp on a serving platter. Garnish with the chopped cilantro. The dish can be served hot or cold and pairs well with a refreshing Blue Moon Light Sky.
