Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 can (21 oz) Blueberry Pie Filling
- 1 can (20 oz) Pineapple Tidbits
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick frozen butter
- Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone Air Fryer drawers to medium setting (350 degrees) and prepare the trays by spraying them with nonstick spray or greasing with butter to prevent sticking.
Evenly distribute the blueberry pie filling onto the trays. Add a handful of fresh blueberries on top. Zest the lemon over the blueberries and give them a squeeze of lemon juice.
Distribute the pineapple tidbits on each tray, adjusting the amount to your preference. Sprinkle zest and lime juice over the pineapple.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix. Grate the frozen butter stick over the cake mix and mix well to combine.
Spread the cake mix and butter mixture over the fruit in each tray.
Place the trays into the Air Fryer and bake until the fruit is bubbling at the edges and the cake batter is golden brown. This should take about 12-15 minutes. If needed, you can drizzle some extra melted butter over the cake batter halfway through baking to achieve the perfect golden top. (*Refer to video for visual guidance.)
