Start by unrolling one of the pie crusts and spreading a thin, even layer of blueberry jam on it. Place the second pie crust on top.
Choose your favorite cookie cutter shape (for example, a ghost shape) and cut out the pop tarts. Seal the edges of each cutout by crimping them with a fork to secure the two pie crusts together.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to create an egg wash. Brush this wash over each pop tart, then place them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated Blackstone Pizza Oven at 500°F for about 5 minutes or until they turn golden.
While the pop tarts are baking, prepare the frosting. In another small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, half and half, vanilla extract, and a few drops of orange food coloring.
Once the pop tarts are done baking, remove them from the pizza oven. Spread the prepared frosting over each ghost-shaped pop tart and immediately sprinkle them with festive sprinkles to ensure they stick.
Enjoy your "Boo"Berry Pop Tarts!
