Bourbon Peach Dessert Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Batch of your favorite pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar (for the dough)
- ½ cup light brown sugar (for the topping)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 3 ounces bourbon, divided
Directions
Bourbon Glaze:
In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, heavy cream, and 1 ounce of bourbon.
Mix until smooth. Adjust consistency with additional powdered sugar if needed.
Bourbon Peach Topping:
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
Add sliced peaches and cold butter to the griddle and toss to coat.
Cook for 10 minutes, or until the peaches are soft, turning frequently.
Add ½ cup of brown sugar and chopped pecans. Toss to combine.
Add 2 ounces of bourbon and toss to combine.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Bourbon Peach Dessert Pizza:
Preheat the Leggero Pizza Oven on high for 20 minutes.
Dust a cutting board with flour and stretch the pizza dough into a circle.
Brush the dough with melted butter.
Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
Slide the dough into the Leggero Pizza Oven and bake for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove the baked dough from the oven and top with the Bourbon Peach Topping.
Slide the pizza back into the Leggero Pizza Oven for an additional 2 minutes, or until the desired doneness.
Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with Bourbon Glaze.
Slice and enjoy!
