Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (formed into 4 patties)
- 4 eggs
- 1–2 cups frozen hash browns
- 4 English muffins, split

Butter or honey butter
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Crystal hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)

Sliced cheese

Directions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Place the sausage patties on the hot surface and let them cook for about 45 seconds before flipping. Press them down with a hamburger press if you'd like them thinner. Cook for a total of 6–8 minutes or until well-browned and fully cooked through.
- Next, add the frozen hash browns to the griddle. Spread them out and let them cook undisturbed so they get crispy. Flip after a few minutes and cook until golden on both sides. Always use frozen hash browns so they don’t fall apart.
- While everything cooks, butter the English muffins and place them cut-side down on the griddle. Toast until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
- Crack the eggs onto the griddle, using egg rings if you have them. Break the yolks and season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of hot sauce. Cook until fully set, flipping if needed for over-medium style.
- Add sliced cheese to the sausage patties during the last minute of cooking and let it melt. You can cover them briefly to help the cheese melt faster.
- To make spicy ketchup, mix ketchup with a few drops of hot sauce and some black pepper. Stir and set aside.
- To assemble, spread a small amount of spicy ketchup on the bottom half of each muffin. Layer on a sausage patty with melted cheese, a scoop of hash browns, and a cooked egg. Add a few more drops of hot sauce if you like extra heat, then top with the other half of the muffin.
Serve warm and enjoy!
