Ingredients

6 large eggs
Blackstone SPG seasoning, to taste
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup maple syrup
4–6 brioche buns (depending on preferred serving size)

Directions

Crack the eggs into a medium bowl. Season with Blackstone SPG and beat with a fork until well combined. Set aside.
Preheat the griddle to medium heat. Add the sausage and cook for about 7 minutes, breaking it apart with your spatulas as it browns.
Pour the beaten eggs slowly over the cooked sausage. Stir and combine with spatulas, cooking for about 2 minutes until the eggs begin to set.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the egg and sausage mixture, then drizzle the maple syrup on top. Mix everything together and cook for 1 more minute, or until the cheese is melted.
Spoon the mixture onto brioche buns and enjoy warm.
