Ingredients:

  • 16oz of Chicken
  • ½ large Onion
  • 5 medium Mushrooms
  • 12oz package of Broccoli
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • ½ cup peas
  • 24oz package of Shrimp
  • Bayou Blend Seasoning
  • Sear and Serve: Sesame Teriyaki
  • Precooked rice and noodles (refrigerated for at least 2 hours)

Directions:

  1. Set griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Cube 16oz chicken and place on griddle and season with Bayou Blend.
  3. Dice half a large onion and 5 medium size mushrooms and place on griddle next to chicken. Add a little bit to water to help steam them.
  4. Chop 12oz package of broccoli and ½ cup of carrots. Add them and ½ cup of peas to the griddle and add water to steam them.
  5. Place 24oz package of shrimp on griddle and season with Bayou Blend. Cook until pink and
  6. Mix onions mushrooms, chicken, and shrimp together and push to the side and set griddle to low heat.
  7. Place precooked noodles and rice (2 cups each) on griddle and top with soy sauce. Add a little water and cook until warm – now combine meat mixture with the rice and noodles.
  8. Add Sesame Teriyaki sauce to taste. Divide mixture in half. Mix in carrots, peas, and broccoli with half the mixture and serve to those who like vegetables. Serve the other half to those who don’t.
