Ingredients
- 2 cans jackfruit, rinsed, drained, and shredded

8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded (reserve ¼ cup)

8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (reserve ¼ cup)
- 1 block cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 pack ranch seasoning

½ cup Buffalo sauce

1 bunch chives, chopped (reserve 2 tsp.)

1 tsp. onion powder
-
1 tsp. garlic powder
-
½ tsp. smoked paprika
Directions
Preheat the Blackstone Pizza Oven to 350-400°F. While preheating, place the shredded jackfruit on a sheet pan, season with Blackstone All-Purpose Seasoning, and cook in the oven for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pizza oven.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, Buffalo sauce, chopped chives, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and the cooked jackfruit until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a deep-dish pan. Top with the reserved shredded cheese and chives. Bake in the pizza oven for 6-8 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the edges are slightly crispy.
Serve with celery sticks or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
