For the Chicken
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
For the Pizza
1 tbsp all-purpose flour, for rolling out the dough
2 tbsp garlic-infused Italian olive oil
⅓ cup Buffalo sauce, plus more for drizzling
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
In a bowl, season the chicken with the garlic powder, chicken seasoning, paprika, and black pepper.
Heat the avocado or olive oil on a Blackstone griddle over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. Remove from the griddle.
Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
Brush the dough evenly with the garlic-infused olive oil.
Spread the Buffalo sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then top with the cooked chicken.
Drizzle additional Buffalo sauce over the top.
Bake at 450°F for about 5 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
