Buffalo Shrimp

Serves 2-4 Time: 30 minutes Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Pink sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Vegetable oil, for the griddle

Directions

  1. Peel and clean shrimp, butterfly slightly. Lightly season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  2. Put flour in a freezer bag and add the shrimp, shake to coat completely.

  3. Turn Blackstone Griddle on medium high heat and add oil.

  4. Shake excess flour off shrimp and place them into oil. Squirt additional oil as needed.

  5. Cook 2-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and firm.

  6. In a bowl or container, toss shrimp in buffalo sauce.

  7. Serve with fresh blue cheese and drizzle blue cheese dressing.
