Ingredients
- 2 lbs. 80/20 ground chuck
- 6 hamburger buns
- 6 slices of American cheese
- ¼ cup mayo
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 15-20 pickle chips

½ cup Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle
- 2-3 teaspoons Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning
Directions
In a bowl, gently mix the ground chuck, Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle, and 2-3 teaspoons of Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning. Avoid overmixing.
Form the beef mixture into ¼ to ⅓ lb. patties. Sprinkle additional Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning on each patty.
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat.
Place the patties on the griddle, seasoned side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Season the top side of the patties while they cook, and add a teaspoon of Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle to each patty.
Flip the patties and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness.
In a small bowl, mix the mayo and ketchup to create the sauce.
Toast the hamburger buns in Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle, then set aside.
When the burgers are nearly done, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and let it melt.
To assemble the burgers, spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun, then add the patty.
Top with pickle chips and the top half of the bun.
