Preheat the Blackstone griddle to high heat.
Drizzle cooking oil on the griddle and add frozen French fries. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they are slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
Add a little more oil to the griddle and cook the ground chorizo. Add diced onion and jalapeño pepper, stirring them into the chorizo until everything is well combined and cooked through.
While the chorizo is cooking, make the cilantro lime crema by mixing Mexican crema, chopped cilantro, and your choice of southwestern seasoning.
Place shredded queso quesadilla and sharp cheddar cheese in the center of each flour tortilla. Top with some of the chorizo mixture, French fries, avocado slices, and a drizzle of cilantro lime crema. Carefully fold up each tortilla to form a burrito.
Reduce the griddle heat to low. Place each burrito on the griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides, flipping carefully.
If desired, drizzle with hot sauce before serving. Enjoy!
