Preheat your Blackstone Leggero with the rotating stone.
Shape the pizza dough to fit the 10-12 inch pizza stone.
Lightly brush the surface of the dough with olive oil.
Spread a thin to moderate layer of pizza sauce on the dough.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to taste.
Layer pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle fresh basil, oregano, and garlic powder to taste.
Lightly flour the pizza peel to prevent sticking.
Once the pizza stone reaches 700°F, launch the pizza onto the stone and lower the heat to low.
Close the door of the Leggero and cook for 1 minute.
After 1 minute, open the door and monitor the pizza closely until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
