Make this delicious recipe on game day.
2 pounds 80/20 ground beef, divided into 16 equal-sized balls
16 slider rolls, cut in half
16 slices cheddar cheese
Vegetable oil, for the griddle
Blackstone Outlaw Barbecue seasoning, to taste
Preheat Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat. Drizzle vegetable oil then lay out the ground beef portions onto the griddle. Use a hamburger press to smash the ground beef portions until very thin. Season with Outlaw Barbecue seasoning.
Flip the burgers when cooked through then top each one with a slice of cheddar cheese. Let sit on the griddle for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Set the slider rolls onto the griddle and toast for 1 minute. Place the burger patties into the toasted slider rolls and serve immediately.
