Cheesesteak Pasta

Ingredients

1 lb. pasta (reserve 1 cup of pasta water after cooking)

1 lb. ground beef (or substitute with shaved ribeye or sirloin)
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- Mushrooms, sliced (amount as desired)

¼ lb. provolone cheese, deli sliced or grated

¼ lb. American cheese, deli sliced or grated
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tbsp. oil

1 tbsp. butter
Directions
Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, but reserve 1 cup of pasta water for later use.
While the pasta is boiling, heat the oil and butter on your Blackstone griddle over medium heat. Add the onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
On a separate heat zone, cook the beef until fully cooked. Break up the ground beef or separate the shaved beef as it cooks.
Mix the cooked beef with the sautéed vegetables. Stir in half of the provolone and American cheese, allowing it to melt through.
Add the cooked pasta to the meat and vegetable mixture. Toss to combine.
Add the remaining cheese, the reserved pasta water, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with Blackstone Cheesesteak Seasoning to taste. Toss everything together, then plate and serve!
