Chex Mix

Ingredients:
- 3 cups rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups corn Chex cereal
- 3 cups Life multigrain cereal
- 2 cups sourdough pretzels
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1.5 c peanuts unsalted
- 1.5 c cashews unsalted
- 2 cups rye crisp (optional)
- 1 cup sesame stick (optional)
- 2.5 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Blackstone Seasoning pick your favorite blend! (Parmesan Ranch and Essential Blend preferred)
Directions:

Melt butter and Worcestershire sauce in a small pot, this can be done directly on the Blackstone griddle.

Roughly measure out ingredients in a large bowl, measurements will fill a 36 inch griddle.

Preheat the Blackstone to the lowest heat setting. Clean the surface well and wipe dry of any oil.

Add Chex mix to griddle and gently mix and spread evenly across the surface watching heat, adjust or turn off burners if there are any hot spots. Slowly toasting the mixture for two minutes.

Drizzle melted butter across the Chex mix, gently mixing to coat evenly.

Add seasoning blend across your Chex mix. Mix and move mixture around to coat evenly. Taste test throughout cooking to adjust the amount of seasoning preferred!

After about ten minutes or once Chex mix is lightly toasted to your liking, remove and let cool before bagging or gift boxing, adding sweet treats if your seasoning was a sweet seasoning. Or enjoy it warm immediately off the griddle!
** add any other dried cereal, cracker or nuts desired! Cheez-its or bagel chips!
** you will need a small pot to melt butter in. And hit the dollar store or your favorite local and pick up Christmas treat bags and or boxes for gift giving!
