Ingredients

Portuguese rolls (or any crusty rolls)
- Thin-sliced chicken cutlets
- Fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Baby arugula
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Sliced pepperoni
- Olive oil
- Fresh basil, chiffonade
- Balsamic glaze

Tuscan Herb Seasoning
- Parmesan Ranch Seasoning
Directions
- Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella to your desired thickness.
- Chiffonade the fresh basil.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken cutlets and season generously with Tuscan Herb and Parmesan Ranch seasonings.
- Heat a griddle or skillet to medium-high and cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While the chicken cooks, slice the rolls and drizzle the inside with balsamic glaze to taste.
- Place baby arugula on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add the cooked chicken cutlet.
- Layer on the pepperoni, mozzarella slices, and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Top with the other half of the roll, serve, and enjoy!
