Ingredients

Portuguese rolls (or any crusty rolls)
Thin-sliced chicken cutlets
Fresh mozzarella, sliced
Baby arugula
Tomatoes, sliced
Sliced pepperoni
Olive oil
Fresh basil, chiffonade
Balsamic glaze
Tuscan Herb Seasoning
Parmesan Ranch Seasoning

Directions

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella to your desired thickness.
Chiffonade the fresh basil.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken cutlets and season generously with Tuscan Herb and Parmesan Ranch seasonings.
Heat a griddle or skillet to medium-high and cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
While the chicken cooks, slice the rolls and drizzle the inside with balsamic glaze to taste.
Place baby arugula on the bottom half of each roll.
Add the cooked chicken cutlet.
Layer on the pepperoni, mozzarella slices, and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with fresh basil.
Top with the other half of the roll, serve, and enjoy!
