Chicken Parm Ranch Sandwich (Inspired by CJ Frazier)
Chicken Parm Ranch Sandwich (Inspired by CJ Frazier)

Ingredients
- 3 thinly sliced chicken breasts
- Olive oil

- 1 tomato
- Fresh basil
- 1 bag of mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese flakes
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- Marinara sauce
- Sliced pepperoni
Directions
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Season the chicken with olive oil, Parmesan Ranch and S.P.G. Seasonings.
Cook the chicken until fully cooked, then set aside to rest.
Thinly slice the tomato.
Chiffonade the basil (cut into thin strips).
Set the side burner on your Blackstone griddle to low and simmer the marinara sauce.
Toast the ciabatta rolls on the Blackstone with a little olive oil until golden brown.
Using egg rings, create a bed of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on the Blackstone griddle.
Add slices of cooked chicken and pepperoni on top of the cheese.
Top with another layer of cheese.
If needed, cover with a dome to melt the cheese thoroughly.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the cheesy chicken and pepperoni onto the ciabatta rolls.
Top with marinara sauce and fresh basil.
Optionally, sprinkle additional Parmesan Ranch Seasoning on top.
