Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 lb frozen shrimp, thawed
- 2 cups mixed stir fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, etc.)
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (use reduced sodium, if preferred)
- 1 tablespoon Japanese barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Blackstone Island Stir Fry Seasoning
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Cooking oil
Directions
Preheat your griddle on high heat. Add a drizzle of oil across the griddle surface.
Spread the chicken pieces on the griddle, seasoning generously with garlic powder and Blackstone Island Stir Fry Seasoning. Stir and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Add the mixed vegetables to the griddle. Season with a touch of garlic powder and soy sauce. Drizzle water over the vegetables to steam them slightly as they cook. Stir occasionally.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the griddle, seasoning them with Blackstone Island Stir Fry Seasoning. Drizzle water over the mushrooms to steam them. Stir occasionally until they are tender.
Once the vegetables and mushrooms are softened, push them to the side of the griddle. Add the shrimp to the griddle and drizzle with soy sauce. Cook the shrimp until they are pink and fully cooked.
Combine the chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, and vegetables together on the griddle. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.
Drizzle Japanese barbecue sauce over the stir fry, mixing to coat everything evenly.
Serve the stir fry on a large platter and garnish with sesame seeds.
