Ingredients
- Cooking oil
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, diced into small pieces
- 2 Tbsp garlic paste, or several freshly-minced garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp ginger paste
- 1 shishito peppers, sliced into small pieces
- 12 oz broccoli slaw
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 9 oz zucchini squash noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1-2 pounds stir-fry noodles (recommend Ka'Me Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles)
- Blackstone's Island Stir Fry seasoning
- 10 oz fresh spinach
- 6 oz broccoli sprouts
- Soy sauce (recommend Mr. Yoshida's)
Directions
Preheat Blackstone griddle to high heat.
Drizzle and spread cooking oil on the griddle surface. Place the chicken down on the hot griddle. After it's seared on one side, add garlic paste, ginger paste, and peppers, and mix it up as it continues cooking. Move the chicken to one side of the griddle.
On the other side, add more cooking oil, followed by broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, zucchini squash noodles, chopped bell pepper, and red onion. Mix the veggies together.
After a few minutes, and when the chicken is about 3/4 of the way done, mix the chicken together with the veggies. The heat and steam will start cooking the veggies quickly, so continue moving and stirring it around so nothing becomes overcooked.
Put the noodles down on top of the griddle and mix everything together. Season with Blackstone's Island Stir fry, to taste. Mix well.
Once all ingredients are heated well, add spinach, sprouts, and drizzle with soy sauce. The entire cook time should be 10 minutes or less. Mix again, remove from the griddle and enjoy!
