Directions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Blackstone Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce, panko breadcrumbs, fresh garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, then divide into four equal portions and shape into patties.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, a pinch of salt, green onions, and cilantro. Add the coleslaw mix and toss until evenly coated. Set aside.
- Lightly oil the griddle and cook the chicken patties for about 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Spread mayonnaise on the cut sides of the brioche buns and toast them mayonnaise-side down until lightly golden.
To assemble each burger, spread a little more mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add a chicken patty, top with a generous scoop of sesame slaw, and drizzle with additional Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce or sriracha, if desired. Finish with the top bun. Enjoy!
