Preheat your E Series oven to 350°F and set the timer for 20 minutes.
Blend the chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Prepare the baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in the cookie mixture and evenly sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting into bars.
Optional: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt immediately after baking for extra flavor.
