Chocolate Pancake Ice Cream Sandwiches

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with water using a 1:1 ratio to achieve a smooth, pourable consistency.

2. Preheat the Blackstone Camping Griddle to medium heat.

3. Place the Adventure Ready Square Silicone Egg Rings on the griddle.

4. Butter the inside of each egg ring.

5. Pour the pancake batter into the egg rings, ensuring the pancakes are not too thick.

6. Cook the pancakes until done, then remove them from the griddle and place them on a plate or cutting board.

7. Open the half-gallon box of ice cream by cutting along all sides to create a block of ice cream.

8. Using your Adventure Ready Spatulas, cut out ice cream squares that match the size of the pancakes.

9. Place an ice cream square between two pancakes to create a sandwich.
