Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Thick Cut Bacon (such as Wright Brand)
- ½ head of lettuce, thinly sliced
- 2-3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (such as Dukes mayo)
-
1-2 teaspoons Blackstone Essential Blend Seasoning
- 4 sub rolls
Directions
Cook the bacon to your desired doneness and cut it into cubes or dice.
On a cutting board, thinly slice the lettuce and dice the tomatoes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise, mixing well.
Add the cooked bacon to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Place the sub rolls on the griddle top, cut side down, and toast them with a little butter.
Sprinkle the Blackstone Essential Blend Seasoning over the rolls and mix it in.
Divide the bacon, lettuce, tomato mixture into four equal portions, each the same length as the rolls.
Place a portion of the mixture on top of each roll and use a spatula to lift the bottom of the roll, bringing it up with the mixture.
Serve immediately.
