Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza dough

½ lb Mexican chorizo, cooked

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1–2 jalapeños, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sour cream

2 tbsp Matilda's Habanero Sauce

1 tbsp Blackstone Hatch Chile Cheddar Seasoning

Directions
- Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 410°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, Matilda's Habanero Sauce, and Blackstone Hatch Chile Cheddar Seasoning until smooth.
Stretch the pizza dough into your desired shape and size.
Spread the creamy habanero sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top with the mozzarella cheese, cooked chorizo, and sliced jalapeños.
Carefully transfer the pizza to the Blackstone Pizza Oven and bake for 5–6 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 1–2 minutes before slicing and serving.
