Preheat your Blackstone griddle to low heat. Place a warming rack on one side of the griddle.
Cut each cinnamon roll into strips. Reserve the icing for serving.
Melt the butter on the griddle. Add the cinnamon roll strips and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
Move the cinnamon roll sticks to the warming rack and cover with a large dome. Let them steam for about 8 minutes, or until cooked through and soft in the center.
Transfer to a serving platter and dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve with the reserved icing for dipping.
