Preheat your griddle over high heat and lightly oil the surface.
Lay the bacon rashers onto the hot griddle. When ready to flip, sprinkle the cooked side with a little brown sugar. Flip and continue cooking, adding more sugar as needed to caramelise.
Place the beef balls onto the griddle. After about 2 minutes, flip and firmly smash them down. Season generously with salt.
Once a deep crust has formed on the underside, flip the patties again and season the second side with salt.
Top each patty with a slice of apple and a slice of cheese. Cover with a Blackstone cloche to melt the cheese.
Place the cinnamon swirls cut-side down onto the hot griddle. Gently press them to caramelise the sugars and icing.
When everything is cooked, start building your burgers: cinnamon swirl base, cheesy apple-topped smash patties, caramelised bacon, and the cinnamon swirl lid.
Finish with a light drizzle of maple syrup. Be good, do good, and eat good.
