Makes 1 pizza Time: 15 minutes Difficulty: Intermediate


  • 1 portion Blackstone pizza dough
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, torn into chunks
  • 8 basil leaves
  • ½ cup vine ripened crushed tomatoes or San Marzano tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  1. Turn Blackstone pizza oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Stretch the pizza dough and spread out the crushed tomatoes. Lay out the fresh mozzarella evenly over the pizza.
  3. Cook pizza for 4 minutes or until done. Crust should be crispy, and the cheese fully melted.
  4. Top pizza with fresh basil, a light drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
