Classic Margherita Pizza



  • 1 Crust of Pizza Dough
  • 8 Oz. of Fresh Mozzarella
  • 8 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup of Vine Ripened Crushed Tomatoes or San Marzano Tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Pinch of Sea Salt


  1. Turn your Pizza Oven on to medium high heat.

  2. Stretch your pizza dough and add the crushed tomatoes.

  3. Add the fresh mozzarella torn into chuncks.

  4. Put fresh basil on top and drizzle with a little olive oil. Sprinkle the top with a little pinch of sea salt if you'd like.
