In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and Old Bay seasoning. Set aside.
In a skillet, sauté chopped onions, red bell peppers, and chopped jalapenos in olive oil over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add lump crab meat to the skillet with the onions and peppers.
Pour the whipped egg mixture over the crab meat, onions, and peppers. Use a spatula to scramble the mixture until cooked through. Remove from heat.
Spoon the scrambled egg mixture onto 12” flour tortillas and fold them into burritos.
Melt butter on a griddle and place the burritos seam-side-down. Brush the top side with melted butter.
Cook the burritos for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
Remove the burritos from the griddle and garnish with hot sauce and sliced jalapenos. Serve and enjoy!
