Ingredients
- 1 box cornbread mix (use 2 if you prefer a thicker cornbread), prepared according to package directions
- 1 ½ cups cranberries
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp butter
Directions
Preheat the Blackstone pizza oven to 400°F.
In a medium bowl, prepare the cornbread mix as directed on the package. Gently fold in the cranberries, chopped rosemary, and honey. Set aside.
Place 3 tbsp butter in an oven-safe pan, such as the Blackstone cast iron deep dish pizza pan. Place the pan inside the preheated pizza oven and allow the butter to melt completely.
Carefully remove the pan from the oven. Pour the cornbread batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
Return the pan to the pizza oven and cook the cornbread for 8-10 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbly.
Remove from the oven and drizzle additional honey on top, if desired.
