Ingredients
-
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
-
2 tsp. spicy mayo
-
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded tri-color cabbage
- 6 white corn tortillas
-
Blackstone Bayou Blend Seasoning
- Olive oil
Directions
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high. Add the shrimp, sprinkle with Blackstone Bayou Blend Seasoning, and cook for 3 minutes or until done.
On another section of the griddle, set the heat to low. Lightly coat the surface with olive oil and lay down the tortillas. Warm and crisp them to your liking. While the tortillas are warming, chop the cilantro and tomato.
Turn off the griddle. Add spicy mayo to the cooked shrimp and toss to coat. Remove the tortillas from the griddle.
Assemble the tacos by placing the coated shrimp in the tortillas first, followed by the cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
Enjoy!
