Ingredients
- 2–3 salmon fillets, skin removed

Blackstone Island Stir Fry seasoning (or your preferred seasoning blend)
- 1–2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
Bang Bang Sauce
Directions
Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch each.
Toss salmon cubes with Island Stir Fry seasoning until evenly coated. Drizzle the griddle with avocado oil, then place salmon pieces flat side down. Cook until golden and crispy on all sides, about 5–7 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, ketchup, rice vinegar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Transfer the cooked salmon bites to a serving platter. Serve with the bang bang sauce on the side for dipping or drizzled on top.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
