Ingredients

Chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
¼ cup avocado oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons baking powder

Directions

Set your air fryer to 400°F and allow it to preheat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the avocado oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
Pat the chicken wings dry. Add them to the bowl with the marinade. Sprinkle the baking powder over the wings. Toss thoroughly until the wings are evenly coated with the marinade and baking powder.
Place the wings in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer with space between them for even cooking.
Air fry the wings for 15 minutes. Flip them over and cook for another 15 minutes.
Flip the wings one final time and cook for an additional 5 minutes to achieve extra crispiness.
Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side. Enjoy!
