Date Night Chicken Caesar with Pasta

Ingredients

  • Thin-sliced chicken cutlets
  • High-heat olive oil
  • Parmesan Ranch Seasoning
  • Tuscan Herb Seasoning
  • Spaghetti
  • Pasta sauce
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Creamy Caesar dressing
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Lemon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Pat the chicken cutlets dry and lightly coat with high-heat olive oil. Season evenly with a 50/50 mix of Tuscan Herb Seasoning and Parmesan Ranch Seasoning.
  2. Preheat the Blackstone E-Series to 350°F. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
  3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions. While the pasta cooks, warm the pasta sauce over low heat.
  4. Slice the romaine into thin ribbons, wash, and dry well. Toss with creamy Caesar dressing. Season with freshly cracked pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste.
  5. Thinly slice the grape tomatoes and arrange them (optionally in a heart shape) over the salad. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Plate the spaghetti and toss with warm pasta sauce. Sprinkle with additional Tuscan Herb Seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Serve alongside the Caesar salad and sliced chicken.
