Date Night Chicken Caesar with Pasta

Ingredients
- Thin-sliced chicken cutlets
- High-heat olive oil
- Parmesan Ranch Seasoning
- Tuscan Herb Seasoning
- Spaghetti
- Pasta sauce
- Romaine lettuce
- Creamy Caesar dressing
- Grape tomatoes
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Lemon
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Pat the chicken cutlets dry and lightly coat with high-heat olive oil. Season evenly with a 50/50 mix of Tuscan Herb Seasoning and Parmesan Ranch Seasoning.
- Preheat the Blackstone E-Series to 350°F. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions. While the pasta cooks, warm the pasta sauce over low heat.
- Slice the romaine into thin ribbons, wash, and dry well. Toss with creamy Caesar dressing. Season with freshly cracked pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste.
- Thinly slice the grape tomatoes and arrange them (optionally in a heart shape) over the salad. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Plate the spaghetti and toss with warm pasta sauce. Sprinkle with additional Tuscan Herb Seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Serve alongside the Caesar salad and sliced chicken.
