Ingredients
-
12 Hawaiian rolls, kept attached as one sheet
-
50 g unsalted butter
-
3–4 garlic cloves, lightly crushed
-
150 ml pizza sauce
-
150 g grated mozzarella cheese
-
50 g sliced pepperoni or salami
-
30 g grated Parmesan cheese, divided
-
Fresh basil leaves
-
2 tbsp ranch dressing
-
Chopped parsley, optional
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls attached as one sheet.
Place the rolls cut-side down on the griddle and lightly toast until golden.
While the rolls toast, melt the butter on the griddle. Add the crushed garlic cloves and allow them to gently infuse the butter without browning.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the toasted bottom half of the rolls.
Layer with the mozzarella cheese, followed by the pepperoni or salami. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan over the top, then add the fresh basil leaves.
Place the top half of the rolls back on and cover with a melting dome or lid for 2–3 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the sliders are heated through.
Move the sliders to the side and lightly toast the bottom once more until slightly crisp.
Stir the ranch dressing and the remaining Parmesan into the garlic butter. Brush or pour the mixture generously over the tops of the sliders, then sprinkle with chopped parsley if using.
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
