Preheat your Pizza Oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Take the prepared pizza dough and stretch it to form a 14-16 inch pizza. Place the dough into the pizza oven and par bake it for 1-2 minutes. Once done, remove the dough and let it cool on a cooling rack.
Dust a pizza peel or pizza tray with semolina flour. Transfer the par-cooked dough onto the peel/tray and lightly drizzle it with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle the garlic powder and oregano over the dough. Spoon the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Next, distribute the diced mozzarella on top and season it with the Tutto Italiano seasoning.
Launch the pizza back into the pizza oven and cook it until it reaches your desired level of doneness and the cheese has melted through. If you prefer, you can top the pizza with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
Notes: You can freeze the parbaked dough for up to two months.
