Country Crock butter
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
Slice the sourdough bread (or use two pre-sliced pieces) and butter both sides. Toast the inside first by placing the bread on the Blackstone and toasting one side, then flip.
Once flipped, add 2 slices of Havarti cheese to each piece of bread. Layer dill pickles on top, then add 2 slices of Colby Jack cheese on each side. On one side, add a handful of dill pickle chips. Cover and let everything melt. Once the cheese starts to melt, flip the non-potato-chip side onto the other. Continue flipping occasionally to avoid burning the bread.
When the cheese is fully melted and the bread is toasty, remove from the grill, slice, and serve. Enjoy!
